Imagine how nervous the MA officials were when Microsoft gave them everything they wanted as far as format availability is concerned.

Luckily, though, they had enough anti-Microsoft provisions left they were able to carry through the original plan.

Always aggravating when the petty dictators harm people with their opinions.
But there are enough ways out that people will be able to keep the State going effectively.
