Very bad news
I just can't see why Oracle would have any interest in cannibalizing its main source of revenue. Beside of having a PhD in OO software, being a lecturer of DBMS and developer already using MySQL 5.13 with InnoDB, I'm also not completely stupid and I don't need my MBA to understand what Oracle wants. What will the EU comissioner for competition say about this buy? Something useful I hope. This is really a sad day.
