The problem for Oracle is that this will fork in the blink of an eye if
they try to pull any tricks. And, that is the good thing about Open Source, it forces companies to be "good". If they aren't the project forks. Remember XFree86? Mambo? So, Oracle trys to bury this, there will be a group to take it over and continue development. That simple.
