Out of curiosity, is that an actual number? Also, what about support and service agreements? Don't they cost money? If a company were to use an open source program, wouldn't they also need to wait for funding to buy support agreements? I guess it's not a big deal for smaller companies, but I'm pretty sure any large corporation is going to require somebody to maintain the software they buy.
