- MCSEs don't understand Linux or GPL

"Open Source software development started in the universities, and they have allways chosen licenses that are more open than the GPL - e.g. the BSD and MIT licenses."
Thank you for stating history, but this was all in the past.
NOW, Linux and GPL is growing and developing at an incredible rate, not only in Universities but everywhere.
