What a farcical question!
Having seen you, Loverock, relate everything from a harmless bug in Java to a security bug in wiki software to Linux I'm shocked, shocked, yes: SHOCKED you could ask such a farcical question. Of course, any patent of Microsoft's that is struck down must help Linux! It's only sensible... I'm being ascerbic and sarcastic and mildly humourous, of course, but this is honestly the first time I've seen you claim something is unrelated to Linux.
