Not as a Windows client app
Not that I know of anyway, but wouldn't that be sweet? I was talking in terms of a entire desktop replacement, thick or thin. You can keep Exchange server with the Ximian connector add-on. To me getting rid of Exchange would be the best part of switching over.

If you were looking at switching in a Windows client environment you might look at something like OfficeTalk (Sareen Software). Functionality bleeds over a little into CRM and mobile solutions. That does have conversion tools, but I've never tried them. Their pricing is a little confusing but seems like a decent product.
