I am shocked
Office 2003 is the best update to any Microsoft Product since the days of Xenix. I am most impressed by OneNote and the XML schema being saved to a single file is so much smarter than that 3 file schema used by OpenOffice.org.

Now talk about a bloated app suite. OpenOffice.org is so slow and bloated that it can't run on any system decently that is over 4 years old. Granted that it does run on more platforms than anything else in the office world. And yet OOo doesn't even have an email client yet.
