Incredible!
I find it incredible that someone patented the pop-under and then successfully asserted the patent against one of the truly despicable spammers in the world. And it is just frosting on the cake that the company claiming to be the inventor of this obnoxious tactic won a judgement, but will get butkus since the infringer is bankrupt! It is the same kind of thrill I get when I steer my Miata around a car wreck involving an SUV and a pickup truck.
