How does not speaking to journalists contribute to FUD? Have you seen any lawsuits or any new patent filings on this matter? Have you heard any accounts of chairs being thrown over this? No? Not at all? In fact, isn't it true that MS hasn't even made one bad comment about this?

If so, aren't you the one trying to raise FUD but claiming MS did all those things when it clearly has not?
