I am sure that Microsoft supports that since a customer is asking for it. Right????

And, if we are talking plain old XML, why don't they use the Open Document format only to eliminate any confusion. They would be extremely open to Microsoft requesting any additions that would be needed for MS Office.

Oh, I forgot, Microsoft wants to CONTROL the standard and add incompatibilities so you can not allways read and write MS documents without problems. Darn!!
