Microsoft is up to no good here. These countries do not need expensive proprietary software. They can get by just fine with Linux/OpenOffice/Mozilla for the desktop, and Linux and open source on the server. If Microsoft gets the hooked on their expensive proprietary products, it will hurt these countries.
