MCSE!=incapable
There are several problems with what you say but the principle one comes from assuming that all MCSEs are cut from the same cloth. I for instance have a MCSE, RHCE, CNE and CCNA. I also hace a Masters in Computer Science. A certification by any vendor only assures a prospective employer that the person has a working knowledge of that vendors products. There are people that hold the MCSE credential that know a lot more then you and I about computers. Just has there are people who hold the RCHE certification that know very little about them. The implication that because MCE is Windows related and therefore the person wants to take the easy way out is totally false! It is a form of bigotry.
