SEC might want to look at this...
My rep and I were about to go out to Daniel's Broiler to celebrate my dumping of Cingular wireless when this news came across the newswire. It is quite simple really. Red Hat is not really making money. This is obviously some type of distortion in earnings, most likely caused by some IBM green-screen types buying Linux for their Thinkpads or something. It just cannot be people are using Red Hat. It is not refined, does not offer security and is not extensible. 10 out of 10 MCSEs will agree, Red Hat in particular and Linux in general are not up to snuff. As my rep says: "If as a company Linux you deploy, Microsoft will not deal with you my boy". We are now resuming our dinner at Daniel's Broiler. My rep is going to share with me some insights he received from Roberta Bragg this morning.
