What are you talking about?!?
What does it matter if the EULA's are from 5, 10, 15 or 20 different Microsoft OSes??? You're arguement is still completely invalid.

The point is that the GPL governs ALL open source software. Not just a specific version or service pack release, all of it. The document itself is incredibly complicated, and the fact that it has served its purpose for 14 years without modification is a testament to it's strengths.

Furthermore, If you were in business. What you rather have? A vendor that changes it's terms every time you download an update or install an application, and also reserves the right to change the terms without notification. Or one that you know is stable (unless 14 years isn't enough for you that is) and covers everything it provides under the same terms. Can you say "DUH".

And also notice how you brought up Microsoft. Not IBM or Sony, just Microsoft. Kinda shows where your zealot loyalty's are, doesn't it?

As for the rest. What are you talking about?!?
