this one is a little over the top. I would like to see specific examples of the applications that are keeping Stallman awake at night. Perhaps he just needs his mommy to tuck him in with some warm milk.

He is pretty much driving a way interest in using open source for commercial purposes. I can see the point of someone applying for patents based on open source projects, but to force a company to not use a web service because they would need to show the competion how they do it would pretty much eliminate any demand for open source in that market. I know that this is the very reason one of my past employers decided to pay too much money for VxWorks rather than using Linux, we didn't need to show our feature set to the competition.
