Yeah, you punish those evil MPAA and RIAA supporters. Oh, wait, all you do is open yourself up to lawsuits from people with WAY more money than you. Or, you guarentee that open source software will NEVER legally be allowed to have as much functionality as closed source software.

In the end, it is the OSS supporters who suffer and companies like Microsoft who win.
