Consumers want funding to catch p2p users?
bittie, this is your boldest idea ever!

"I and many others are willing to provide public funding if need be to prosecute Pirates."

da rest of it......

...before the hackers learn they are all going to jail for stealing copyright protected works. Those who contribute to theft by publishing information on breaking encryption schemes are conspirators under the law and they too will go to jail. The only ones who believe stealing is legal are the Pirates and they are just lying to themselves. Whatever it takes the RIAA and other industry groups are going to protect copyright protected works. I and many others are willing to provide public funding if need be to prosecute Pirates. That shouldn't be necessary however with the revenue the RIAA is generating convicting scumbag thieves one-by-one.
