Dirty little secret
This is the dirty little secret of the P2P community. Just about every P2P client comes "bundled" with these applications to support the P2P company. Sure, you can download "lite" version or find cracks to remove them, but most P2P users aren't aware or able to do this.

This is one of the main reasons I stopped my P2P activity, I was sick of dealing with it.
