I think sometime back in the mid 80s we got business ethics and criminal behavior confused. The biggest crooks seem to be the biggest businesses or like Gator internet scam operators. I've never knowingly asked to install Gator, but it's appeared twice and is a real pain to chase down and get rid of. It's hard to believe that what they are doing is legal much less that they could win a suit!
