The issue at hand
Okay guys,
Lets be constructive here. The issue is NOT gator or these other companies the issue at hand is that.

1) These ad companies are saying that we all know when the software is being installed.

2) We agreeD to the terms


So, we need someone to pass a bill that says software that will deliver advertising based images to your pc must be clear and have the following disclaimer displayed before the EULA in BOLD PRINT.

Here is an example:

WARNING: THE SOFTWARE YOU ARE ABOUT TO INSTALL WILL DELIVER BANNER ADVETISEMENTS TO YOUR COMPUTER. IT WILL REPORT WHAT WEBSITES YOU VISIT ALONG WITH OTHER PRIVATE INFORMATION.
THIS SOFTWARE WILL ALSO USE SUBTANTIAL RESOURCES RESULTING IN YOUR COMPUTER TO RUN SLOWER.

DO YOU WANT TO ALLOW THIS SOFTWARE TO BE INSTALLED ON YOUR PC?
