I guess you have no sense of judgment
Again, like I said in my last post, by replacing one thing for the other, the outcome is *NOT* the same. All I was trying to say is that the MarkAston guy was trying to say that because the Eolas case was bogus (which I agree on) that every case brought against M$ is bogus. The Timeline trial has already passed the preliminary hearing phase, and the judge has ruled that there is enough evidence to go to trial. That means there is at least something worthy of taking a closer look.

See, but I am NOT doing the same thing. I was just correcting someone that was just spewing crap. When the M$ shills play stupid it gets to be real old very quick. They always disregard so much in order to paint M$ in a positive light.
And the "religious fervor" thingy is done for comic relief..
