It's funny you would say that. If you do a little research you will find the kind of positions that need filling at Microsoft are quite diversified and usually require quite some skill.

As for paying just $8/hour, you can only be joking. That's not how you make it into the Fortune's top 100 best companies to work for in the US, or the top 10 best companies to work for in Europe or the 50 most desirable MBA employers:
