Uhhhh...no

I don't argue that MS can do no harm. Read my other posts on other topics. But to use Sendo as an example of Microsoft poor behavior is just not fair. Sendo filed a lawsuit. Big fffing deal. I could file a lawsuit too and that doesn't mean diddly unless I win.

Also, large companies get sued ALL THE TIME. Sometimes they deserve it. The DOJ case is a good example: Microsoft probably deserved it. But does that mean they are forever to burn in hell? Perhaps to you but not to me. Especially when it comes to patent law, it is very complicated to figure out who really "stole" what and whether there was ill-intent. Most patent infringement cases come about because another company mistakenly infringed on another companies patent. In lots of cases, the patent is meaningless regardless.

What do I know about Sendo? Not much. But I didn't claim to know anything except that it is still pending - hence, your use of it as an example is rediculous.

Do I have anything to say of my own? How about this? STICK TO THE FACTS AND STOP POSTING INANE ACCUSATIONS AND CONJECTURE.
