While the Eolas patent case...
...may be a bunch of crap, there are PLENTY of other very legitimate cases against M$ (although of course you obviously didn't mention these, as it suddenly makes your "argument" look like sorry crap).
What about the Timeline case? Or Sendo? Or..the list goes on and on. No "science fiction" going on in those cases.
I have to say, the extent to which sorry sheep defend M$, even in the midst of rampant lawbreaking, is unbelieveable to me. In these twits' eyes, M$ could be running a child porn ring and the M$ apologists would find some crap excuse why M$ should be allowed to do so..of course this illuminates completely the kind of character these people have..
