When you wrote that comment, did you write it on one of those 2% of Linux desktops or one of those 93% Windows desktops? (The rest is Apple, OS/2, DOS, etc)

I have to say, some of the lawsuits that MS is embroiled in are unbelievable. Only in an anti-MS atmosphere do these people even have a chance to succeed. EXAMPLE: lawsuit over some silly patent some graduate student got for "integrating server transactions with webpages". Did anyone even check out the patent? It's nothing more than conjecture and a bunch of what if's, almost science fiction stuff..??!! It's like being Jules Verne, writing science fiction about submarines that don't exist at the time (while never building or even collaborating on building one) and then sueing someone for actually making one. Shame on the patent office!
