Novell needs to do one thing. MARKET THEIR PRODUCTS
Novell has much better remote admin tools, they are better than Windows, and if you can't figure that out, then you are incapable of aquiring new knowledge.
Novell's only problem is that everyone sees Microsoft on TV as well as all over IT Mags and Business Mags. Novell isn't there.
