First, define the industry, or (more to the point), the specific market they monopolize. Desktop OS? Server OS? Embedded OS? CAD workstations in the backroom of a plant in Chicago on the first Tuesday of every other month? Next, give one example of unfair trade practices Red hat has employed to gain or maintain an edge over the competition. Ah, yes, you didn't say an illegal monoploy, did you? Finally, a monoploy by any Linux vendor is meaningless. That's tantamount to saying Apple has a monopoly on Ipods.
