I completly agree with you, How can they say windows is cheaper? I mean in TCO? the hard ware is already there so no new hardware, its proven that it can run faster on lesser machines and if their talking of training users on software, why would it cost more? instead of having a MOUS there they could have someone there that didnt require a cert to train people on how to creat calender entries in openoffice and how to save their word documents in KOffice? To me these studies make little to no sense. I think linux's biggest push however will come when the US government gets away from the world of M$. The fed's here are very big fans of it and well I honestly dont see them changing any time soon.
