It makes perfect sense that, by law, you shouldn't be able to charge people for services or products you can't/won't prove that you've actually provided. I don't know if there's a comparable law in the US, but there SHOULD be.

If SCO feels they have such a strong claim to Linux, why haven't they yet given definitive proof in court? This is looking more and more like SCO has jumped off a cliff and is flapping its arms desperately, trying to fly.
