Aussie group claims SCO demands flout law

oops, SCO lawyers dont know world trade law..: But that's not unusual, I've used state laws and beat a large US corporation myself that could have brushed me aside with all their money, and I didn't even hire a lawyer,.. To bad they didn't know my states laws.. my states consumer protection division that is, and this SCO case sounds like it stepped into Aussie consumer protection laws..In my case I presented it to the state divison in a simple hand written letter, they said we're interested, forwarded my letter to the big bad US corporation, They didn't answer for a week, so the state sent another letter saying answer within 48 hrs or face legal action, they sent back this letter ," our legal defense team decided to drop their claim." I made a lot of money, and made a carreer change...The Aussie case sounds very similar...most lawyers don't know much outside their prospective area...local, state, federal,international, civil, criminal,and business... the list of special areas is never ending...
