Quite frankly, this CIO questions the legality of what the Australians are doing. SCO is an American company, working well within their rights as an entity to enforce these IP violations. If Australia has an issue with it, they should stop using Linux immediately to guarantee they do not fall into a legal quagmire. I am glad my firm has no connections to Australian companies. Until these people learn to deploy Microsoft solutions, the world will continue to be hodge-podge of bad technologies.
