Organization is the issue with Enron
Ax, be aware that Enron created many different structures that were both divisions and separate companies but controlled by the same executives. The structures were recommended or sactioned by Arther Anderson and Enron Legals. The justifications for the structures ranged from banking to tax savings to ballance sheet improvements.

Microsoft has "benefited" from the same legal minds and accountants as Enron. It is not to far of a stretch to propose that Judge KK look carefully at the structures. For example. The former Arther Anderson Consulting is now Accenture. Ballmer sits on the board of Accenture as well as on the board of Microsoft. Microsoft appears to ignore the substantial profits that IBM makes from consulting. This is very possibly owing to the fact that Accenture makes those profits for the same executives.

Sheesh indeed. Do you work for one of the Astro Turf companies payed by Microsoft. Read the news paper's about Enron. Tyco, World Com, Global Crossing, Abernof. Apply what is known there to Microsoft. It is more likely that Microsoft managment was caught up in stuff like that than unlikely. Lets also recognize that I an many others seek to save Microsoft from that stuff. It is still possible but ignoring what is so obviously likely true but unproven does not help with that salvation.
