do the following

handle spammers like terrorists. easy thing. combine this with local law and you will see how fast this will be stopped. same thing to vius-coder and nuker and others.

if a single person sends more than 100 mail within 3 days it is spam. easy thing. limit mail to text only. there are other ways to send binaries. limit mail to size. use local "white-list". do not develop new things. i promise, you loose control. you are on the best way. there are not enough people to handle all the possibilies.

beter learn to optimize old services. but dont do it like ms. building new tools basing on old tools with all old and unknown bugs. first fix the old things.

don't try to be cool in developing somthing new basind on something old and buggy.

come back to the roots. in rfc788 there is no word about mime and all this stuff. use smaller networks and more networks.
