Sarcasm????
Do I detect just the slightest hint of sarcasm in your post? No...it couldn't be. We all know what a great ISP AOL is. Customer service is #1 with them (well, maybe #3 or #4, but near the top).

Seriously, I don't know if AOL will be successful, but I do know that a technological fix is needed to kill spam. Congress can pass all the laws they want, but will have no effect on this menace.

I am hoping against hope that AOL's efforts, at least this one time, payoff.
