Man, what percentage of workers are technical writers???
Less than 1 percent. The rest can get by just fine with OpenOffice. Remember, conversion costs are a one time thing, and it will also cost companies huge ammounts to upgrade to the new version of office. So much so, that converting to OpenOffice might be less.
