- I don't think it's reall about copyrights
- It's more about if I do all the work collecting a list then you take my list off my website and sell it that's a problem. If you want to do the work and gather the same data and sell then go ahead. I think that's the issue. It's not really about copyrights as you can create the same list identical to mine with public information. I beleive that's why copyright laws don't work and allows for other to rip of the hardwork of another.
