Dbases
almost always contain 'none, of their own information. Problem being the harvest and of 'business information, then copyrighted and cued to business contract.

For whatever reason, present laws that pertain to computer mischeive is much the same, dbase dont require further comprehension from this.

Dbases dont have to be people counters as well. You can have any kind of data to use within there little mathmatical wizardries.Geology,survey,chemistry,..physicians information - research etc.

Problem with doing business in this way is where purpose information is found, and used for some other reasoning than its intention - as a biproduct..in a business as usual way. The government is notorious for this. A law protecting the person of the information should be considered as well, this is something wich 'should be constitutional, rather than regulatory. Since government, and business will simply exempt themselve on the same 'purpose relationship on a basis of 'availabity of information.

Many dbase holders could be simply flattering themselves.Simply cant criminalize something that is purposed to work in unison, since this is usually the business at hand.

I cant see the edge of the roadway as these laws are coming about. Unlimited unwarranted search and seizure simply on a basis of using a computer has not been given the debate of 'person and property. Nomatter the extent of 'property consistent with copyright, software - can be a disagreement among them, however not from here at this desktop.

No needs to be complacent in this respect.A government body is usually in place for 4,6 years or so.The laws conintue on,but governement gets old too. Leaving those behind to interpret them.

-just talking.
