A legal fix for software flaws?

RE: A legal fix for software flaws?: A software flaw can cause economic, mental health, and physical damage, and even loss of consortium according to the "Legal System" when dealing with the product liability question.

Let those who are worried about damage from software flaws buy their own insurance for such injury and allow the rest of us to buy and use the product without the legal, and misuse overhead that the product liability and medical malpractice liability systems have hung around our necks.

Please do not assign politicians and/or lawyers to protect us from malsoftware. Their self interest has proven to add a major cost overhead to products and services they have been allowed to infect.
