Yes, because they come bundled with their new PC
The only worth while upgrades in the past have been Windows 95, Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 server. The only reason that I use Windows XP is to support other people that use XP because it came bundled with thier new PC.

From what I have seen so far Vista is not going to be a Windows 2000. A lot of flash (that comes with a lot of overhead) a little short on substance. Hopefully the server version of Vista comes with more substance.
