Yep, we've heard all this before
Most of their products aren't vapor. But then again they never seem to show up on the shelf with all their promised features.

Remember when "Microsoft President Steve Ballmer said at the Gartner Group's Symposium/ITxpo that Microsoft would not ship Win 2000 until it was "absolutely, positively right.""? (1)

Well, W2K was never very secure, nor has XP or Server 2003.

But they say they are trying and a ton of the public keeps buying, so where's the incentive for they to really fix something?
