Most won't like it.
The reason why is simple. The majority of hard core Photoshop
users are using Macs. This is the killer phrase

Presentation Foundation Everywhere is a subset of the full user
interface tooling available in Windows Presentation Foundation
on Windows and, as such, will not enable the same graphical
richness as Windows.

Why would anyone want to use less capable, simply because it's
from Microsoft? I for one know how to use Photoshop and have
been using it for years. I find the interface for Photoshop fine.
Ok I haven't upgraded to Photoshop CS (still using 7.0.1). But I
hardly see this killing Photoshop. I do welcome competition as it
drives prices down, as long as it's not like MS's previous version
of competition. You know introduce a less capable version and
give it away to cut off the competitors "air supply"...
