Double standards...
You seem to be showing them here. I recall you vehemently denying Microsoft being in any way guilty of illegally maintaining a monopoly, yet... it is.

So, now you are up in arms (hopefully not in the rumored Ballmer manner wink about one guy, yet you defended a guilty organization.

I hope you see the need for consistency. Personally, I think there is way too much (blatant and lame dishonesty) in IT and the country in general. What to do about it? Well... that entirely depends on how much society is prepared to endure.
