windows versions
The differnet versions of Windows are tailored to do specific things. Not all users are the same and don't need all the same functionality. XP home was made for simple users, while Professional was designed for more advanced users. As for your customers their stupid if they can't figure out the difference between office and windows. And i suspect its part of your job do explain things to the stupid customers, so do it.
