- in other words, you acknoledge that these statistics are meaningless, btu use them when they show soemthign favourable to you?

Overall; atleast they are prodecing in a legal manner now... even if they are just wasting money on a fruitless venture. rather than playing the market and making practical descions liek offerign a good product for a fair price, they will attempt to lobby and litigate to keep an artifical stranglehold on the industry... i wonder what happens when some of these names pop up and they are peopel in the industry or law makers who are charged?
