Two fallacies for the price of one...
If you buy a CD on-line, figure in the cost of the computer and your monthly ISP charges to search for the site.

If you went to the store, figure in gas and wear and tear on your car.

If you rip the CD, figure in wear and tear on your CD drive.

If you play the CD, figure replacement costs for all your CD players.

In other words, your argument suffers from the fallacies of overprecision and exclusion.
