Try bothering to look at the store before you judge
Lets see the only album I can find that comes close to the
one you are describing is titled "the who sell out" which has
23 tracks and sells for 11.99 no shipping and handling.
You can burn this AAC encoded format to your own CD and
have a DRM free cd.

Personally I cannot tell the difference between a 128bit AAC
file and an original CD. And yes i have tested it on my own
home system which is far from being low end. 128 AAC
sounds significantly better than 128 MP3.

Not sure what your point is or even if you have one, just
clearing up some of your misconceptions.

BTW, you should try the store, the software download is
free. That way when you complain, at least it can be on
fact.
