Testing takes time and money. Suse and Redhat are going through the process now. That Linux is not EAL4 does not mean it is less secure as it just hasnt been tested yet at that level. If Suse or Redhat failed EAL4 you can go laugh at the Linux fans. My personal opinion is that Linux is more secure than Windows so I dont see EAL4 certification being much of a challenge.
