Surely you're not that naive!

Just as our President (and others, past and
present) is quite at home spewing untruths,
the SCO-bags have no case. They never did,
as it turns out, and the only ones still
expressing wonder at what they've got are
$hills for M$, enemies of OSS, and certain dim
bulbs. ZDNet is largely owned by Paul Allen of
M$ fame. Two outa three ain't bad, eh? Need I
say more?

NO EVIDENCE=NO CASE! Right?

SCO has offered:
ZERO EVIDENCE of any substance;
ZERO COMPLIANCE with court-ordered
disclosure;
ZERO confidence that they have anything but a
pack of lies, distortions, and a pump-dump
scheme;
NO PROOF of ANY substance, except that
they've clearly learned from their benefactor
and cohort Microsoft that you never have to tell
the truth as long as you can get away with it.

New disclosures that Microsoft has wider
dealings than previously known with SCO
mean that M$ just might get something caught
in the door that's about to slam shut.

Is M$ really using SCO as an
anti-competitive FUD proxy? That's an
interesting question, FAR BIGGER than
whether SCO can stop Linux. Linux will thrive
regardless of SCO's fortunes, but any
discovery that M$ is using SCO will be a
monumental event in which even Dumb'ya's
DOJ may take an interest.

"SCOX had another price bump today. The
market is never wrong."

WRONG. Tell that to the Wall Street
drug-dealers - er, I mean stock-salesmen -
who caused Billions in losses at the end of
the 1990's bubble. Ask their customers if "the
market is never wrong."

How would I know? An MBA in Finance and
20+ years in Financial Services kinda helps.

WRONG. Maybe some naive, ignorant people
can't dope it out, but they are by now a tiny
minority. As to those claiming to still wonder,
see above.
