I'm amazed...
I'm assuming that MS didn't forge the emails, and neither Lee nor Google have so claimed. It looks like not only was Lee a crook, he was an incompetent, bumbling crook. MS is probably doing Google a favour by preventing Lee from working for Google.

If I was negotiating with another company for a job, I would *NOT* be so stupid as to use my current employer's email facilities. Is this guy for real?
